The Auckland Tinies' branch is Owned & Operated by Katie, James & their adorable son Jay! Katie Alder is a qualified nanny with over 13 years experience nannying around the world. Katie came to work at Tinies as a consultant firstly for a change of pace from nannying after returning from Europe. Then the opportunity came up for Katie & her partner James to purchase Tinies for all of New Zealand. Tinies in Auckland is our flagship branch and we are very happy to say it is doing very well. Being that Katie has alot of experience as a Nanny herself she feels that goes a long way to finding the perfect fit for any Family. James has come from a mainly Sales background (over 8yrs in Jewellery Sales) but now has turned his hand to a "Family" based industry which he is throughly enjoying. James is also the person behind all of Tinies Marketing campaigns & is very excited about the future Tinies has in NZ. Both Katie & James pride ourselves on recognising the importance for professional caregivers to be in the home, and ensuring we match the right caregiver with the right family. Tinies understands the concerns and needs of both parents and nannies and it is our aim to work closely with both to ensure all requirements are met.
