Personal Consultations
Arranging the right childcare takes careful consideration and planning. Returning to work means parents have to be completely comfortable with their choice of childcare. They also have to be confident that their choice of childcare can meet their demands in the future as well as at the outset. Most parents are unaware of the real choices that exist and can end up not choosing the most suitable solution.
Typical questions and issues for parents
- Do I choose a daycare, nanny or in-home childcare?
- What do I look for in the above?
- Will my child get social interaction or the proper care that he or she needs?
- What hours do nannies normally work and how do I know if the level of care is good?
- How much will it cost - can I afford it?
- What happens and what is the right choice when I have another child?
- How do I go about finding the actual childcare and when do I need to start looking?
Tinies run personal consultations with parents on a one to one basis to help resolve, educate and enable parents to make the right choice of childcare for them, enabling parents to return to work confident and sure that they are providing the best childcare for their child and family.
This includes helping parents understand the different childcare options, making the choices personal to them and offering self help guidelines on what to look for when reviewing nannies, childminders and nurseries.
